Complaints

Before accepting a package, always check to see if it is damaged in transit. If the packaging has visible external damage, we recommend that you refuse to accept the consignment, then contact us by phone: +48 722 11 40 70.
After paying the amount of download and receipt receipt of the package it is possible to open the package in the presence of the courier - in the case of non-compliance, shall be drawn up discrepancies, which forms the basis of a later complaint.
If the purchased item is found to have manufacturing defects or is not as described, please follow the following procedure complaint:

  1. Send us a product that you want to advertise, by attaching to it a written statement in which you describe the specific reasons for the complaint of the product, a form of compensation, as well as the return address and account number, which will be made refund (depending on the decision taken by the shop).
  2. Within 14 days of receipt we will notify you by phone or email about the outcome of the complaint procedure.
  3. If the complaint will be dealt with positively, within 7 working days from the date of the decision, we will compensate the costs incurred by you by: repairing your product, receive a new copy of the product or refund.
  4. If the complaint is found to be unjustified, we will give you a detailed justification for the decision and within 14 days we will send at our expense advertised product. In the case of payment by credit card refund will be made on the card.

Return of products

Under the current rules, within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of ordered goods, you have the right to its return without giving reasons within the withdrawal, according to the general principles deriving from the provisions on the conclusion of distance. This only applies to consumer sales, and therefore applies only to the sale of a natural person who is purchasing for the purpose unrelated to the activities of professional or commercial. 

The returned product can not bear traces of use - every element must be complete and pre-packed goods supplied in the original packaging intact. In the case of non-compliance with this condition, the product will not be accepted.

If you wish to return the product:

  1. Send the purchased product in undamaged in the original packaging with all its contents.
  2. Join the shipment a written statement in which you include the desire to return the product, as well as the account number, which will be sent a refund.
  3. Within 3 working days of receipt of your shipment, we check the status of the returned product (or no signs of use, whether it has been damaged or destroyed, or is in the original packaging with all its contents).
  4. If you do not note contraindications, afte we send information about accepting the return of the product. On the attached account number within 7 days you will be made refund. In the case of payment by credit card refund will be made on the card.

If your return the product will be rejected (due to damage to the product or signs of use), you pass to the specified e-mail address information not to accept the return of the product. Within 7 working days to the indicated return address we will send the product, covering the cost of shipping.
